Whether you choose the Deluxe, Standard, or Fixed model, every bed includes thoughtful features that simplify repositioning, transfers, and everyday use. The innovative OneButtonSafeTurn™ rotates users from lying down to seated with the press of a button, restoring autonomy and reducing caregiver strain.
Maneuverability / Portability
Each ActiveCare bed features adjustable deck height, caster options, and multiple accessories like a mobility bar, foot rails, and optional side rails for enhanced stability. The bed’s compact, modern frame fits seamlessly in home bedrooms or care environments.
Power / Performance
Choose from three adjustable bed models with head and knee section elevation, optional Trendelenburg/reverse settings (Standard & Deluxe), and battery backup. The Deluxe model can be upgraded with a medical package featuring digital HOB angle display, out-of-bed exit lighting, and an integrated scale—ideal for more advanced monitoring needs.

Med-Mizer Limited Warranty: Backed by long-term coverage and expert support.

Exclusions: Damage due to misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or lack of maintenance may void the warranty. Return of defective parts may be required for claim approval.
Service Policy
First 30 Days: If an issue occurs, Med-Mizer provides a consultation call to help diagnose the problem. Parts will be shipped free of charge if needed. If unresolved, a technician may be dispatched at Med-Mizer’s discretion.
During Warranty Period: Troubleshooting consultation is required. Warranted parts are shipped free with return labels. If a technician is requested, a prepaid service fee (avg. $150/hr) is required before dispatch.
Return Policy
Deluxe and Standard Models: Returnable within 30 days of shipment. A 25% restocking fee, return shipping cost, and mattress cost (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund.
Fixed Model: Non-returnable once shipped.
