The Selectis Serenity Alternating Low Air Loss Mattress System is designed to provide continuous therapeutic support and pressure relief for individuals at risk of skin breakdown. With a 10-minute alternating pressure cycle, low air loss technology, and a durable cell-on-cell structure, it’s built to deliver comfort, circulation, and skin protection—especially for individuals with limited mobility or those requiring long-term bed care.
Maneuverability / Portability
This system is easy to use and maintain, featuring quick-release tubing for fast disconnection and a CPR valve for emergency deflation. The lightweight pump connects easily to standard bed frames, and the entire system is designed for seamless integration into both home and clinical environments.
Power / Performance
The mattress alternates pressure every 10 minutes, dynamically adjusting its 8" air bladders to promote circulation and relieve pressure points. A static mode is available for safe patient transfers. Eighteen laser air holes provide true low air loss functionality, helping manage moisture and temperature to support skin integrity.
