Warranty

Diestco covers this product with a 6-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. If it proves defective, Diestco will repair or replace it at its discretion. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.

Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer. Independent Living Superstore is happy to assist customers with warranty questions and help coordinate communication with the manufacturer whenever possible.

Shipping

Diestco makes each product to order, so please allow approximately 2 weeks for your order to ship. It ships directly from the manufacturer, and tracking information will be provided once it is on its way.

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If you notice any shipping damage, contact Independent Living Superstore as soon as possible so we can help.

Good to Know

• Check the space under your seat. Power chairs with a battery shroud directly under the seat may not have room for the Large size. Call us if you are unsure.
• Water-resistant, not waterproof. Keep electronics in a sealed pouch in heavy rain.
