Warranty

Diestco covers this product with a 6-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. If it proves defective, Diestco will repair or replace it at its discretion. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.

Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer. Independent Living Superstore is happy to assist customers with warranty questions and help coordinate communication with the manufacturer whenever possible.

Shipping

Diestco makes each product to order, so please allow approximately 2 weeks for your order to ship. It ships directly from the manufacturer, and tracking information will be provided once it is on its way.

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If you notice any shipping damage, contact Independent Living Superstore as soon as possible so we can help.

Good to Know

• Secure it for the road. If the scooter rides on an open vehicle carrier, secure the cover with a bungee cord so it does not flap at speed. Damage from an unsecured cover on the road is considered misuse.
• Water-resistant, not waterproof. The cover sheds rain and spray but is not designed for prolonged soaking.
