Warranty

Diestco covers this product with a 6-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. If it proves defective, Diestco will repair or replace it at its discretion. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.

Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer. Independent Living Superstore is happy to assist customers with warranty questions and help coordinate communication with the manufacturer whenever possible.

Shipping

Diestco makes each product to order, so please allow approximately 2 weeks for your order to ship. It ships directly from the manufacturer, and tracking information will be provided once it is on its way.

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If you notice any shipping damage, contact Independent Living Superstore as soon as possible so we can help.

Good to Know

• Four-post walkers only. Rollators with wheels and seats are too bulky for this holder. Walkers with two front wheels usually fit as long as they fold flat.
• Watch your width. A folded walker rides behind the seat and may extend past the scooter's sides; take care in doorways.
• Check the seat swivel on a scooter once the holder is mounted so you can still turn to get off.
