Diestco covers this product with a 6-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. If it proves defective, Diestco will repair or replace it at its discretion. Damage caused by misuse is not covered.

Warranty coverage is provided by the manufacturer. Independent Living Superstore is happy to assist customers with warranty questions and help coordinate communication with the manufacturer whenever possible.

Shipping

Diestco makes each product to order, so please allow approximately 2 weeks for your order to ship. It ships directly from the manufacturer, and tracking information will be provided once it is on its way.

Good to Know

• Check wheel clearance on manual chairs. On a manual wheelchair with short desk-length armrests, a bag this size may touch the rear wheel. The smaller Armrest Pocket is designed for that situation.
• Water-resistant, not waterproof. Keep electronics in a sealed pouch in heavy rain.
