The DolphinCare® Integrated Bed System brings it all together—seamlessly combining science-backed innovation with thoughtful, user-focused care that supports healing and enhances quality of life.
Maneuverability / Portability
Built on the reliable UltraCare® XT frame, this system moves and adjusts effortlessly to meet daily care needs. The frame offers fast deck height changes (as low as 7"), integrated staff controls, and Ultralock wheels for smooth mobility. Features like Auto Transfer height and deluxe assist handles make repositioning and transfers safer and easier for caregivers and patients alike.
Power / Performance
At the heart of the system is Dolphin’s Fluid Immersion Simulation® (FIS®) technology, which replicates the sensation of floating. The mattress surface responds automatically in real time—no manual adjustments needed—thanks to Laser Doppler Flowmetry and 3D volumetric engagement. This actively maintains blood flow and eliminates pressure points to help accelerate wound healing.

From its Comfort Chair positioning to its wide-bed options, DolphinCare is designed with dignity and ease in mind. The 42” UltraWide model helps reduce fall risk, while every surface and function works together to enhance patient comfort, minimize caregiver strain, and improve outcomes without complexity or compromise.

Warranty
Joerns Healthcare provides the following warranty coverage for the DolphinCare Integrated Bed System:
- Advanced Support Surfaces: 2-year limited warranty
- Electromechanical Mattress Components: 2-year limited warranty (includes compressors, valves, circuit boards, hoses, couplers)
- ES2 and CBC Control Units: Covered for 2 years
Warranty exclusions include: Damage caused by burns, improper chemical use, cuts or punctures, excessive weight, environmental misuse, or failure to maintain the system as outlined in the user manual. Unauthorized modifications or repairs will void this warranty. Coverage applies to the original purchaser only.
