3-Year Limited Warranty on Structural Frame:
FreeRider USA covers the scooter’s structural frame for three (3) years from the original purchase date against defects in material and workmanship.

1-Year Limited Warranty on Motor, Transaxle, Brake Assembly, and Electrical Components:
All core drive and electronic parts are covered for one (1) year. Coverage applies to manufacturer defects only.

1-Year Limited Warranty on AGM Battery:
AGM batteries are warrantied for one (1) year under proper use and maintenance. Improper storage or charging may void this coverage.

30-Day Limited Warranty on Plastic Parts & Chassis Hooks:
Cosmetic parts including tiller clamps, chassis hooks, and triggers are covered for thirty (30) days.

Exclusions: Coverage excludes normal wear and tear, damage from shipping or misuse, modifications, unauthorized repairs, outdoor environmental exposure, and commercial or rental use. Batteries that are not maintained properly may not be covered.
