3-Year Limited Warranty on Structural Frame:
The scooter’s structural frame is covered for thirty-six (36) months from the date of original purchase. If found defective in materials or workmanship, Luggie Scooter Inc. will repair or replace it at their discretion.

1-Year Limited Warranty on Motor, Transaxle, Brake Assembly, and Electrical Components:
Covered for twelve (12) months from the purchase date. Includes repair or replacement of defective components.

1-Year Limited Warranty on Lithium Battery:
Covers battery defects under normal use for twelve (12) months. To maintain warranty, avoid storing the battery in a discharged state or extreme cold. Charge regularly even during storage.

30-Day Limited Warranty on Plastic Parts & Chassis Hooks:
Includes tiller clamp, chassis hooks, triggers, and other plastic parts.

Exclusions: Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, shipping damage, environmental exposure, unauthorized repairs, commercial/rental use, or lack of proper battery maintenance.
