Warranty

3-Year Limited Warranty on Structural Frame:
Covers manufacturing defects in the frame for three (3) years from the date of purchase.

1-Year Limited Warranty on Motor, Transaxle, Brake Assembly, and Electrical Components:
Covers key drive and control components against defects under normal use for one (1) year.

1-Year Limited Warranty on Lithium Battery:
The lithium battery is covered for one (1) year. Proper charging and storage must be followed to maintain eligibility.

30-Day Limited Warranty on Plastic Parts & Chassis Hooks:
Includes plastic components like tiller clamps, covers, and frame clips.

Exclusions: Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic blemishes, misuse, neglect, moisture exposure, outdoor storage, unauthorized repairs, or commercial use. All warranty claims require proof of purchase and are subject to inspection by FreeRider USA.
