A good fit means the child's hips reach the back of the seat with the knees bending at the front edge, the shoulder straps sit at or just above the shoulders, and the feet rest flat on the footplate. Important Safety Information

• The Major Elite is not crash tested and must not be used as a vehicle seat. Transfer the child to an approved car seat for travel.
• Always use the 5-point harness and engage both rear brakes when stationary.
• Remove the footrest before folding. Never fold the stroller with a child in it.
• Do not exceed the 110 lb weight capacity, and do not hang bags on the handles — added weight at the back can tip the stroller.
• Solid tires and no suspension mean the Major Elite is at its best on smooth surfaces; take curbs and rough ground slowly.
• This product supports safe positioning and mobility. If your child has significant postural needs, consult their therapist about whether a fixed-seat stroller is appropriate.

Shipping & Delivery

The Major Elite ships free by parcel carrier with tracking and typically arrives in 3–5 business days after processing. Please inspect the carton on arrival and contact us within 3 days if anything is damaged.

Returns

Unused strollers in original packaging may be returned within 30 days under our Return and Refund Policy; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
