The MOXI™ Fusion™ 4K Mattress System combines “true” low air loss with dynamic dispersion to help manage heat and moisture at the skin–surface interface while evenly distributing load over the therapy zone. High-resilience foam is encapsulated within preset, airflow-controlled air chambers; individual cells communicate to balance immersion and support. A quiet, user-friendly control unit streamlines setup and daily use for home care and facility environments.

Sized for standard frames (36" × 80" × 6"), Fusion™ 4K installs quickly and transports easily between rooms. The compact control unit mounts conveniently, supports rapid inflation, and operates at low noise levels to maintain a calm environment.

Power & Performance

Fusion™ 4K delivers “true” low air loss that allows air to escape through the top surface to actively address moisture at the skin interface. Dynamic Dispersion and cell-to-cell communication redistribute load across the therapy zone, while a Pulsation (alternating pressure) mode offers two cycle settings for continuous comfort adjustments. Firm perimeter reinforcement enhances stability at the edges.

Comfort & Support

The top stretch cover is antimicrobial, fluid-resistant, and breathable, supporting microclimate management with a soft, quilted feel. As air—not just foam—supports the majority of the load, the system is engineered for long service life. Warranty

One-Year Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on the control unit and soft goods from the date of delivery. At the manufacturer’s discretion, defective components may be repaired or replaced.

Exclusions: damage due to shipping, tampering, improper maintenance, accident, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized service/repair. Warranty service is performed at the manufacturer’s designated service address; shipping charges may need to be prepaid.
