Paiseec Q5 Bluetooth Remote Control – Handheld Caregiver Controller

The Paiseec Q5 Bluetooth Remote Control is a handheld joystick that lets someone other than the rider drive the Q5. From 15 to 30 feet away a caregiver can bring the chair to the bedside, steer it through a narrow doorway from the far side, or guide it across a parking lot while walking ahead. For the rider it means help is there when a hand is tired or a turn is awkward, without anyone having to lean over the chair.

What It Does

• Drives the chair from a distance. A mini joystick on the remote controls forward, reverse and turning; buttons handle power, speed and the horn.
• Pairs over Bluetooth. Works within roughly 15 to 30 feet with no cable, so the caregiver is free to walk alongside or ahead.
• Keeps the rider in control. The chair's own joystick still works; the remote is a second set of hands, not a replacement.
• Fits in a pocket. Small enough to carry everywhere; comes with a wrist strap.

The remote is for the Paiseec Q5 only. It ships separately from the chair in its own package, so it may arrive on a different day. Keep the rider's hands and feet clear of the wheels and watch the chair's path whenever you drive it by remote. Paiseec also offers a rear-mounted controller that clips to the push handle for caregivers who prefer to steer from directly behind; call us if you would like to add one.
