MOXI™ Fusion™ XC Mattress
The MOXI™ Fusion™ XC is a hybrid, non-powered pressure-redistribution surface that blends multi-density foam with preset, communicating air chambers. Soft, sloped heel zoning helps reduce pressure and shear at critical points, while the air-in-foam design immerses and envelops the body to distribute load evenly across the therapy zone. Because air—not foam—bears most of the load, the system is engineered for long-term durability.
Pressure Management & Clinical Use
Designed for patients at low to medium risk of pressure injury (and for adjunct use per facility protocol), Fusion XC’s communicating air cells equalize forces between adjacent chambers to deliver consistent immersion and envelopment. This reduces peak interface pressures compared with standard foam-only mattresses.
Comfort & Construction
High-resilience foam is encapsulated in preset air chambers with airflow control to adapt to body contours and movement. A top stretch cover is breathable, fluid-resistant, and antimicrobial, helping maintain a healthy micro-climate while supporting infection-control protocols. Individual cells interact to maintain uniform support across head, shoulder, torso, and heel zones.
Durability & Hygiene
Because the air architecture supports the majority of the load, core materials experience less long-term compression set than traditional foam surfaces. The cover’s cleanable, fluid-proof construction simplifies wipe-downs between users and resists damage from routine disinfectants.
