The Prius Rhythm Multi Mattress delivers advanced support and therapeutic versatility for patients at risk of skin breakdown. With a powerful combination of 3-in-1 therapy—alternating pressure, lateral rotation, and true low air loss—this mattress system helps optimize circulation, manage moisture, and maintain comfort for high-acuity and bariatric patients. Designed for simplicity and dependability, it makes daily care easier for both caregivers and facilities.
Maneuverability / Portability
Designed with a universal hanging bracket, integrated cable management, and a CPR quick-release valve, the Rhythm Multi Mattress fits easily into any care environment. Its 2" convoluted foam base provides added protection during power loss, while the modular construction simplifies maintenance and cleaning.
Power / Performance
The mattress system supports alternating pressure, static mode, true low air loss, and pulsation therapy. The 3-in-1 alternation cycle can be set between 3 to 95 minutes. A built-in air pump with auto-firm, keypad lock, and high-capacity airflow (>1200 L/min) ensures quick inflation and consistent therapy for patients weighing up to 1,000 lbs.
Comfort / Control
With 18 air cells made from black nylon PU and a vapor-permeable, quilted blue nylon cover, the mattress ensures breathability and comfort. The “Happy Heel” feature offers three adjustable softness settings in the last four cells, protecting vulnerable heel areas. Available in standard and bariatric widths (36", 42", 48"), the Rhythm Multi Mattress is built for personalized support and long-term use.
