The Protekt Akra-SE™ Semi-Electric Homecare Bed combines high-performance durability with comfort-enhancing adjustability designed for home and long-term care environments. Constructed from a reinforced steel heavy-duty frame, this bed delivers exceptional stability and strength for users up to 450 lbs.

The electric hand pendant offers smooth, easy positioning of the head and foot sections, which can be raised independently or simultaneously. A manual height crank at the foot end provides bed height adjustment, even in power loss situations. For additional security, a 9V battery backup lowers the bed during outages (battery not included).
