Maneuverability / Portability

Six 4" heavy-duty casters support smooth movement in clinical environments. Center casters improve maneuverability and help reduce sagging, supporting a more stable feel during transport and repositioning. Threaded stem casters are used for additional safety.

Constructed from health care grade PVC, this shower bed is designed for wet environments and daily use. Dual reinforcement into the caster fittings adds additional support where stress loads are highest. Choose the option that matches your capacity requirements: up to 450 lbs (standard) or 600 lbs (bariatric), when evenly distributed.

Comfort / Control

The shower bed includes a closed-cell, water-resistant foam pad with a durable, easy-to-clean cover that is designed not to promote bacteria growth. A beveled pillow and three-position elevating headrest support more comfortable positioning during bathing.

Quick-drying mesh support and available antimicrobial upholstery color options help support easier maintenance routines and consistent day-to-day usability.

Safety Rails / Transfers

Side safety railings are secured with user-friendly lock pins (not friction) for dependable positioning. Drop side railings allow barrier-free transferring, supporting safer lateral transfers and easier caregiver access during bathing and repositioning.

Ergonomic curved rails provide support without sharp edges, and anti-slip handgrips enhance safety during handling.

Integrated Drainage System

A full-length drain pan catches falling water, and an attached hose directs residue to a drain for easier cleanup. The drain system includes 14 drain holes to support steady water flow management during bathing.
