The BestStand® SA228 is a high-capacity, full-electric sit-to-stand lift designed to deliver smooth, safe, and secure patient transfers. With a powerful 500 lb. safe working load and compact maneuverability, it’s ideal for bariatric and standard use in homes, rehab centers, and healthcare settings. This lift makes high-quality mobility more accessible and affordable.
Maneuverability / Portability
Built with caregiver efficiency in mind, the SA228 features a slim external base width of just 24.9" and a total base length of 37.5", allowing for easy movement in tight spaces. Its detachable footplate and smooth-rolling casters make this lift easy to navigate around furniture and confined rooms.
Power / Performance
Powered by a robust electric actuator, the SA228 delivers quick, efficient lifting with minimal caregiver effort. It supports a maximum lifting height of 60.5" and is equipped with a T-bar design and adjustable knee pads to ensure secure and ergonomic elevation during every transfer.
