Maneuverability / Portability
The UltraCare XT features a slim-profile frame that adjusts from 7" to 30" in height—perfect for transfers, mobility aids, and caregiver access. Choose between Roll-in-Low and UltraLock caster configurations depending on your space and mobility needs. The underbed clearance of 23.75" allows for easy use with lifts and overbed tables, while the bed adjusts quickly to new positions in under 30 seconds.
Power / Performance
Built for efficiency and advanced care, the bed includes Joerns' exclusive AdvanceCare™ Staff Control—a 12-button interface with preset positions like Comfort Chair, AutoTransfer, and Gravity Assist. It also includes Trendelenburg and Reverse Trendelenburg options, all operable with one-touch functionality. A weight capacity of up to 650 lbs supports a broad range of clinical applications and users.
Comfort / Control
From watching TV to mealtime, the Comfort Chair positioning offers upright support that feels natural. A 6- or 8-function pendant can be mounted on either side for personal comfort control, while the frame adjusts between 35" and 42" wide to accommodate varying body types and mattress preferences.
