The EasyStand Evolv XT is designed for larger users, offering the same industry-leading modularity of the Evolv series with dimensions tailored for individuals up to 6’10” tall. With over 60 available positioning and support components, the Evolv XT can be configured to meet a wide range of needs — from minimal support to full postural control — without costly custom modifications.

Positioning

The Evolv XT’s pivot points align with the body’s natural movement, reducing shear and ensuring supports like hip guides, lateral supports, and headrests remain properly positioned during transitions. Adjustable footplates and optional independent knee pads accommodate hip and knee contractures while promoting optimal alignment and comfort.

Accessibility & Independence

Its open base allows easier independent transfers, and optional features like the Transfer Seat, Rotating Seat, Swing-Away Front, or Removable Back make assisted transfers more manageable. The Evolv XT can be operated with the standard manual hydraulic actuator or upgraded to the push-button Pow’r Up Lift for effortless standing.

Safety & Convenience

The Evolv XT supports a safe, three-step process to standing — adjust, transfer, and stand. Its stable footprint and ergonomic adjustability give both caregivers and users confidence, while optional trays enhance activity in seated, partial stand, or full stand positions.
