Warranty
Smirthwaite warrants the Heathfield Chair to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery.
Warranty coverage excludes issues resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Should any repair fall outside the warranty terms, you will be notified in advance of any applicable charges.
Routine servicing is strongly recommended—every 2–3 years for wooden components—to maintain safety and performance. Details can be found in your product’s included User Guide.
