Smirthwaite provides a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty excludes issues due to misuse, accidental damage, neglect, or standard wear and tear. 

Please note that service fees may apply for non-covered issues. We also recommend annual servicing of all metal and electronic products and servicing of wooden components every 2–3 years for continued safety and performance.
